ZFA178 Carding and feeding machine
This machine is the connection device between the carding machine and the cleaning unit. Adopting upper and lower cotton-box structure, the integrity is good, the precision and sealing is good. The pressure sensor is installed in the distributor pipe to ensure the uniform density of cotton in the upper box. The lower cotton-box adopts fan and circulates air through static pressure diffusion, making the pressure of lower cotton-box even in the whole frame. The inlet pressure sensor is used to control the feeding roller speed according to the box pressure, which ensures the box pressure is more stable. Adopt the straight feed cotton, elastic grip. The use of spiral-lined needle punching, fiber damage is small.
